The strategic partnership between Nova-Group and the international network TEMOT International reached an important milestone on 17 June.
Set against the remarkable backdrop of Castello di Torre in Pietra, just outside Rome, TEMOT Day 2026 brought together Nova-Group shareholders for an exclusive event dedicated to collaboration, knowledge sharing and strategic dialogue.
The meeting provided a unique opportunity for engagement on two complementary levels: on one hand, direct discussions with TEMOT’s global leadership; on the other, a valuable moment of alignment and collaboration among Nova-Group’s shareholders. The day also marked the official launch of the ambitious “Strade Italiane” initiative and the welcoming of a new member into the Nova-Group community.
LAUNCHING “STRADE ITALIANE”: BUILDING VALUE THROUGH HERITAGE AND RELATIONSHIPS
The choice of Castello di Torre in Pietra, with more than 800 years of history, was far from accidental. This remarkable venue provided the perfect setting for the launch of “Strade Italiane”, Nova-Group’s new long-term initiative.
The project will bring future editions of TEMOT Day to some of Italy’s most iconic historical and cultural destinations. Its purpose is to combine the country’s rich heritage with a business philosophy built on trust, personal relationships and human connection, creating lasting value, encouraging innovation and strengthening collaboration across the entire network of shareholders and strategic partners.
TEMOT Day 2026 marked the first chapter of this journey.
TEMOT DAY 2026: SERVICES, GROWTH AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
A highlight of the event was the participation of Fotios Katsardis, President & CEO of TEMOT International, who travelled to Italy to present directly to Nova-Group shareholders the full range of TEMOT services, ongoing initiatives and global growth opportunities available through the network. During his speech, Katsardis emphasized how Nova-Group’s strong commitment and strategic alignment are essential to driving these initiatives forward across the entire TEMOT community.
A key focus of the presentation was digital transformation. TEMOT continues to strengthen the support offered to its Shareholders through advanced digital solutions and integrated tools designed to improve efficiency, enhance operational capabilities and help members compete more effectively in their respective markets.
Leading the day’s proceedings and representing the long-standing partnership between the two organizations were Chris Hutchinson, President of Nova-Group and Chairman of the TEMOT Supervisory Board, together with Alan Amura, COO of Nova-Group.

TEMOT Day 2026 also provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate the continued growth of Nova-Group.
During the event, Emmeci Motori e Componenti Srl was officially welcomed as the newest member of the NOVA shareholder community.
Represented by co-owner Leopoldo Maccaferri, the company’s addition further enriched the exchange of ideas and strengthened the collaborative spirit that characterized the entire event.
